Do you survey flats and conversions?
Yes. We survey the flat and the parts of the building that affect it, such as the roof, structure and common parts, and explain what the lease is likely to leave to the freeholder or management company. Tell us whether it is a conversion or purpose-built when you request your quote.
Level 2 or Level 3 for a Victorian terrace?
A well-maintained terrace in reasonable condition can be a Level 2. Where the house is larger, has been extended or converted, or shows cracking or damp, a Level 3 gives the analysis of cause and repair that you will want before exchange.
How quickly can you inspect a property in London?
We aim to respond the same day. The inspection date depends on availability and on access to the property, and we agree it with you when we call.
