These terms govern your use of the Huxley Surveyors website (huxleysurveyors.co.uk). By using the site you agree to them. They are separate from, and do not replace, the terms of engagement that apply when you instruct us to carry out a survey or other professional service. Those terms are set out in writing before any work begins.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), registration number 845148.

The content of this site is general information about our services and about surveying, and is not professional advice about any particular property. Nothing on the site should be relied on in place of a survey, valuation or advice specific to your circumstances. We take care to keep the content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or up to date, and we may change it without notice.
Quotes
Prices shown by the online quote tool for RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 are calculated from the information you provide and are estimates. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and you accept our terms of engagement. Quotes for other services are provided individually after we have reviewed your enquiry. All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.
Your use of the site
You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, or submitting false or misleading enquiries.
Intellectual property
The text, images, design and code of this site are owned by or licensed to Huxley Surveyors Limited. You may view, print and download extracts for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission. Third-party trade marks, including those of RICS, CABE, RPSA and FPWS, belong to their owners.
